Set in an 1800s barn overlooking Keuka Lake, Abandon Brewing Co. is a family-run brewery making handcrafted beer alongside cider and seltzer on a 25-acre Finger Lakes property. AJ Noto and Sarah Struzzi-Noto run the operation, where nearly all brewing ingredients are sourced within 50 miles and the restored barn and farmhouse anchor a taproom, event space, and guest stay.
