Since 2014, Aldus Brewing Company has made approachable craft beer in Hanover, Pennsylvania, pairing traditional brewing with experimentation for what it calls “Craft Beer for All.” Its brewery occupies the former Snyder’s of Hanover Snack Foods factory, a 1920s building that spent more than 40 years in snack production before returning to manufacturing through fermentation.
