ARS Recycling Systems grew out of an Ohio contractor’s response to a New Jersey bridge-painting problem more than 30 years ago, when it developed a way to reuse steel grit instead of sending truckloads of hazardous blasting waste to disposal. Today, the Lowellville manufacturer builds portable abrasive blasting systems for contractors working on bridges, marine structures, and tanks, while supporting customers with technical service from startup onward.
