Founded in 2008 by Lyon-trained baker Stephane Wojtowicz, Au Fournil is a family-owned wholesale bakery in Havertown making handmade French Viennoiserie for coffee shops, hotels, and restaurants across the Greater Philadelphia region. Stephane’s wife Nayla and son Clement now work alongside him, carrying a family tradition shaped by his years in France, Beirut, and Philadelphia.
