Audio Command Systems grew from Robert Kaufman’s 1974 garage project—where he and Brian Hagerty built the first digital multi-room audio control system—into a custom integrator designing and installing smart home and commercial technology systems. From offices in New York, Florida, California and Connecticut, the company has completed thousands of tailored projects, including home theaters and integrated control environments. Its standardized design-build process and AfterCare program extend from consultation and CAD documentation through installation, monitoring and ongoing support.
