More than 60 employees work across four facilities, with Bartush handling the full project from surveys, permits and fabrication through installation, maintenance and repair. Its in-house neon plant and broad fabrication capabilities support projects nationwide, while PA COSTARS participation makes the company a pre-approved vendor for state-funded work.
