BMC grew from a Depression-era operation reconditioning scarce bearings for local industry and now continues historic product lines such as Stearns Stafford, acquired in 2009, while welcoming small-quantity and obsolete-bearing work. Its capabilities span bearings from one-quarter inch to 18 feet in diameter, with reverse engineering available from a sample when drawings are unavailable.
