The company developed BIORESTOR in 2004 after years of pavement and materials experience, then began manufacturing it in-house in 2008; the product has been field tested since 2004 and is recognized through the USDA BioPreferred program. Its dealer network supplies pavement-preservation tools to public agencies and other road owners across the country.
