Founded by Kitty and Von Pearsall, Boss Precision is a small woman-owned Austin shop that turns early-stage designs into prototype-machined parts, assemblies, and small-volume production runs. The business began as a family metal-fabrication venture and became Boss Precision, Inc. in 2005, pairing CNC machining with fabrication and assembly. Its work has supported projects ranging from the Army’s EM Gun program to the Hobby-Eberly Telescope and superconducting motors at the University of Texas at Austin.
