Founded in Beaune in 1731, Bouchard Père & Fils makes Burgundy wines from a domaine built over generations and now covering about 60 hectares. The house has owned Beaune’s Château for more than two centuries, using its underground galleries to age wines and preserve a bottled heritage reaching back to 1846. Its estate became fully certified for organic farming from the 2025 vintage.
