Founded in 2014 by Buffalo chef and culinary educator Shetice Jackson, Cake Crazy Bakery makes custom cakes and American sweets for celebrations across Western New York. Jackson trained at the Culinary Institute of America, interned at Walt Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, and later taught hospitality students at Buffalo State before turning her baking hobby into a Cheektowaga bakery. Cake Crazy is also known for its high school peanut butter cookies, now sold through regional grocery stores.
