Since Nick Vassi founded Cambridge Kitchens Mfg. in 1993, the Hicksville shop has grown from a 3,000-square-foot workplace into a 35,000-square-foot factory serving luxury homeowners across the Tri-State area. Its in-house team creates fully custom cabinetry and architectural millwork, assembling each project at the factory so clients can inspect it before installation.
