Founded in 1969, Canal Fulton Provision makes hand-crafted meat products in small batches, still using its original hickory wood-fired smokehouses. The Canal Fulton company keeps its founder’s recipes unchanged, sources meat from Ohio and surrounding states, and supplies both retail customers and commercial buyers. Its products are also used in community fundraising programs for schools, sports teams, scouting groups, and clubs.
