For more than 30 years, Sue Baisden has turned her baking and decorating work into Capital City Cakes & Sweet Treats, a family-owned-and-operated Grove City bakery known for specialty cakes, fresh baked goods and handcrafted buttercream. Sue and her husband Gary opened the first shop in 2009, later moving to Grove City in 2012, where the team creates made-to-order wedding and celebration cakes with distinctive designs. The bakery has also appeared on national television, including Netflix’s Sugar Rush Christmas, and has been named a The Knot Best of Weddings winner nine times.

• Lisa's Sweet Stop, LLCStarted as a cottage-food business in 2010, Lisa’s Sweet Stop is a family-owned bakery now operating a brick-and-mortar shop in its hometown, with Lisa Huck and Shanna Huck Clement at the helm. The Beverly bakery is known for gourmet cupcakes, fresh-made pies and specialty cakes, while its Cupcake Truck brings changing weekly flavors to communities around the Ohio Valley.
