What began with Chris Boyd’s one-gallon batch in 1995 has grown into a family-run winery producing more than 2,000 gallons a year at its Lansdale tasting room. Cardinal Hollow is known for an adventurous range of more than 25 wines, including organic fruit wines and distinctive jalapeño, whiskey mead, and tequila wines.
