Founded in 2017 by pharmaceutical-industry veteran Rick Bauer and his children, Ashley and Jon, CBD Health Collection develops CBD wellness products for people and pets from its base in Granville. The family-owned company uses organically grown U.S. hemp, Supercritical CO2 extraction and custom cannabinoid and terpene formulations, with products made in a GMP- and FDA-registered facility and independently tested by batch. Its science-oriented approach grew from the family’s own experiences using CBD for athletic soreness and a dog’s joint mobility.
