Cera-Met is a Bethlehem casting operation with roots reaching back to 1974, when it was part of the CERCAST Group. Re-established under its current name after Henri Fine purchased the plant in 2007, the independently managed company draws on a management team with an average of more than 25 years in investment casting and supports aerospace and defense customers with complex aluminum castings. Its employee-led Cera-Met Connect committee also channels that local identity into workplace activities and quarterly community fundraisers.
