Since Phil Rath founded Compass Packaging in 2003, the Mantua company has grown from five employees into a 60-plus-person manufacturer while retaining the responsiveness of a smaller operation. Its 150,000-square-foot headquarters produces corrugated packaging for customers who need practical solutions, including short production runs and inventory delivered as needed. Compass is also known for matching customers’ exact brand colors rather than limiting them to a standard palette.
