Founded by Ted Peterson as a basement-based holiday décor business, Downtown Decorations Inc. remains a family-run company with his son Garrett joining in 2003. The Syracuse-based firm has since grown from small-town municipal work into a custom design house serving public and commercial spaces across the United States and internationally, while retaining the hands-on character of its beginnings.
