For more than 60 years, DRT Metal Packaging Systems has been known for the easy-open-end innovation that began with founder Ermal Fraze’s early-1960s patent. The Dayton-based company now supports food and beverage manufacturers with engineered can-end systems and related tooling, backed by in-house research and integrated assembly. Its beverage business focuses solely on aluminum, chosen for its recyclability and role in a closed-loop packaging cycle.
