What began with Ralph and Luella Gamber bottling honey from three beehives in their Lancaster County kitchen in 1946 has grown into a family business specializing in honey packaging and industrial honey supply. Dutch Gold is best known as the home of the original squeezable honey bear, conceived at the Gambers’ dinner table in 1957, and now also supplies custom-blended and private-label honey from its Lancaster operation. Its honey is True Source Certified, with USDA Organic, SQF, and Non-GMO Project certifications supporting its sourcing and food-safety practices.
