Emmi USA brings Swiss cheesemaking to American tables through artisan, cave-aged cheeses and traditional fondue made by the Emmi Group, Switzerland’s largest milk processor. Its cheeses draw on recipes and practices maintained for centuries, with milk supplied twice daily by nearby farms and selected wheels aged in the 22-million-year-old Kaltbach Cave near Lucerne. Emmi’s Le Gruyère and Kaltbach cheeses have earned repeated recognition at the World Cheese Awards.
