The Charlotte-area company grew out of decades in motorsports, where the Malletts developed chassis and engine systems for endurance racing before turning that experience toward race-quality street cars. The company grew from Ron Hutter’s racing-engine operation, whose engines powered 21 NASCAR Busch, Truck and Modified championships, and today combines dyno tuning with custom fabrication and track support.
