Built on a fire-service legacy that began in 1985, Forge Fire & Company was founded by firefighters Todd and Carie Shepherd in 2021. The Bucyrus manufacturer carries that firsthand experience into realistic training environments for fire departments, academies, and training centers, with NFPA 1402 certification covering each build’s exact configuration. Its in-house team keeps design and fabrication together, allowing training systems to evolve with the departments that use them.
