Founded as a small full-service contractor in 1985, FPI Mechanical is a regional mechanical contractor serving New York’s Capital District with industrial piping, HVAC, engineering and design-build services. Since opening its Cohoes fabrication facility in 1987, the union shop has expanded to more than 100,000 square feet of fabrication space and developed specialized capabilities for high-purity applications. Licensed engineers, experienced project managers and trained welders and pipefitters carry projects from takeoff through completion with safety at the center.
