The Fruit Box CoThe Fruit Box Co. grew from a family’s experiments with freeze-drying fresh fruit into a snack maker specializing in crisp, convenient fruit treats. Its process removes moisture while preserving the fruit’s original shape, flavor and much of its nutrition, turning options such as strawberries and mandarin oranges into lightweight, no-drip snacks. The company also extends its crunchy approach to candy and honey-based treats.
