Guardian Prefab traces its roots to 2014, when EMT Abraham Taub turned a converted porta-potty into a guard shack and founded Guardian Booth in Orangeburg, New York. The company later expanded through a Juarez manufacturing facility and the 2022 acquisition of Homes by Keystone, moving its headquarters to Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, where 65–70 employees work across three shifts. Today, Guardian Prefab builds custom modular structures for customers across North America.
