Hilecrest Farm is a dairy product manufacturer.
Halo FarmFounded in 1975 by Jerry Reilly as a direct-to-customer retail dairy, Halo Farm makes and sells milk, ice cream and fresh fruit drinks from its Lawrenceville operation. The company homogenizes, pasteurizes and packages its hormone-free milk on site, then uses its own milk and cream to make 48 flavors of super-premium ice cream. Its Halo Fête shop, opened in 2005, extends that dairy craft into an ice cream pâtisserie.PERRY, NY
