Dayton-based Industrial Automation Controls goes beyond conventional distribution, designing and building pneumatic and electrical automation solutions for manufacturing and assembly operations. Established in response to manufacturers’ need for outside engineering and retrofit support, IAC grew from small assemblies into a source for turnkey production solutions, including custom equipment and contract sub-assemblies. Its in-house extrusion fabrication shop uses automated cutting, tapping, and drilling equipment, allowing the company to accommodate drawing changes without relying on out-of-town suppliers.
