McGinnis brings more than 20 years in engine calibration and previously served as COBB Tuning’s Lead Calibration Engineer, where he helped secure more than 100 CARB executive orders and created hundreds of vehicle calibrations. The company’s work ranges from rally and track engineering to emissions-compliance programs, with a record of competition projects including a 2024 Pikes Peak Open Class win.
