J&I Duct Fab is a first-generation, family-owned company founded by Gerald Miller after more than four decades in the mechanical and HVAC industry. Based in Covington, Ohio, the company employs approximately 20 people and is now led day to day by second-generation President Hannah Murray, while Miller remains CEO. Its faith-driven, employee-centered culture also extends into J&I Gives, a program launched in 2023 to support local communities and missions.
