Family-owned and independent since 2007, Jackie O’s Pub & Brewery makes beer in Athens, Ohio, where traditional brewing methods meet an experimental barrel-aging and mixed-fermentation program. Its beers are shaped by the Athens community, from local fruit and honey to spent grain reused in the company’s Bakeshop, while solar power and other sustainability efforts are built into the brewery’s operations. The business has grown from its original brewpub into a regional brewery with locations in Athens and Columbus.

Little Fish Brewing CoBuilt from an abandoned mechanic’s shop in Athens, Little Fish Brewing Co. has brewed farmhouse, barrel-aged, and mixed-culture beers since co-owners Jimmy Stockwell and Sean White opened it in 2015.
