Since its founding in 1967, Jefferson Concrete Corp. has grown from a small Watertown maker of burial vaults and residential septic tanks into a regional precast concrete manufacturer. Following a devastating 1987 fire and a move to a new facility, the company built its reputation serving customers throughout upstate New York, with nine NPCA-certified Master Precasters on staff. Its plant is certified by the National Precast Concrete Association and approved under the New York State Department of Transportation’s quality-assurance program.
