The Pittsburgh company’s portfolio includes more than 200 engineered glasses, while its fully integrated, U.S.-based operation develops tooling, prototypes and finished parts under one roof. Kopp also invented “Selenium Red” in 1926, a formulation that helped establish its long-standing role in airfield and signal lighting.
