Founded by Dick and Clarice Willis in 1979, LHV Precast makes precast concrete infrastructure and custom pieces at its Kingston, New York plant. The family-owned company is now run by the Willis brothers and is known for adapting standard precast work to unusual project needs, from DOT-specification box culverts to custom tanks and retaining walls. Virtually all of its materials are made and mined in America, and its plant is approved by transportation and public-works agencies across the Northeast.
