Lincoln Avenue Brewery is a family-run brewery and restaurant founded by Bellevue locals Grant and Lisa Saylor, who opened the business in their hometown after renovating a former dentist's office. Grant had brewed beer at home for years before the family built a brewery centered on local community, craft beer, and seasonal food. The Saylors’ three children are involved in the business.
