LSC Communications LLC was established in 2016 after R.R. Donnelley separated its services into three companies, drawing on a printing and logistics history dating to 1864. It provides printing, mailing, marketing, and digital communication solutions for publishers, brands, retailers, and merchandisers. Atlas Holdings acquired LSC in 2020.
