Founded by Lloyd and Lois Martin in 1955, Martin’s Famous Pastry Shoppe is a family-owned Pennsylvania bakery known for making its distinctive soft, sweet potato rolls and bread. What began in a one-car garage serving farmers’ markets grew into a two-bakery operation in Chambersburg and Valdosta, with several hundred employees and products shipped to more than 50 countries.
