Founded in 1972 in a two-car garage in Erie, Matrix Tool has grown into a second-generation Fairview manufacturer that designs molds and injection-molds high-precision plastic and metal components under one roof. Its specialty is the difficult end of the work, from micro-molded electrical connectors to tight-tolerance automotive and medical parts, supported by more than a dozen degreed plastics and mechanical engineers. Matrix Tool’s quality system is registered to ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016, and the family business has produced MIM tooling for more than 25 years.
