Founded in 1972 by Max Flaming, Parlier-based Maxco Supply makes custom corrugated packaging and its own box-assembly machinery for California’s fresh-produce industry. The company grew from wooden grape containers into a major San Joaquin Valley supplier, while developing recyclable systems such as its LTS long-term storage container and maintaining in-house control from design through manufacturing. Maxco is also Primus Labs food-safety certified and employs more than 400 people during peak production.
