Founded in Birmingham in 1921 as the McWane Cast Iron Pipe Company, McWane is a family-owned and operated manufacturer of infrastructure products. It grew from its cast-iron pipe roots into a company making products for water distribution and plumbing, fire safety, and pressure-vessel applications, with manufacturing facilities across North America and around the world.

• McWane DuctileSince 1921, McWane Ductile has manufactured ductile iron pipe for water and wastewater infrastructure, pairing foundry production with project-specific fabrication services. A division of McWane Inc., the company operates three U.S. foundries in New Jersey, Ohio, and Utah and employs more than 1,000 people.
