Founded in 1979 to stage local and regional events, Wilkes-Barre’s Mountain Productions now designs, manufactures, rents and installs temporary and permanent structures for live entertainment. Its history includes staging Simon and Garfunkel in Central Park in 1981, followed by work on major tours, festivals and landmark events, while an in-house engineering and fabrication team supports projects from mobile stages to permanent venue systems. The company says it has worked on more than 18,000 events and operates across North America and Europe.
