BioNatur PlasticsBioNatur Plastics manufactures flexible polyethylene films and packaging designed to remain recyclable where films are collected while biodegrading in anaerobic environments, including most landfills. Its proprietary organic additive attracts naturally occurring microorganisms that digest the plastic into water, dirt and gases rather than leaving microplastics. ASTM D5511 testing has shown up to 99.7% biodegradation in 1,697 days under anaerobic conditions, with total petroleum hydrocarbon testing finding no plastic remaining afterward.PORT WASHINGTON, NY
