Born from the revival of a closed 55,000-square-foot Ohio plant, Napoleon Machine is a family-owned job shop that welds and CNC-machines medium and large parts for OEM machine builders. President Kevin Febrey grew the company from four people to 35 in a decade, with his three sons now part of the business, while investing roughly $6 million in manufacturing technology. The shop is particularly experienced with repeat work, including nearly 800 components a year for the M1 Abrams tank.
