Founded in 1925 on Pittsburgh’s Neville Island, Neville Chemical Company manufactures low-molecular-weight thermoplastic and liquid hydrocarbon resins for products such as coatings, adhesives, inks and rubber goods. Its roots are in making coumarone-indene resins from steel-industry coke by-products, and the company introduced its first petroleum hydrocarbon resin in 1948. Today, Neville combines a century of resin research with collaborative custom development and holds ISO certification.
