New York Chips makes all-natural potato chips from potatoes grown on the Marquart family’s farm in Gainesville, New York, including locally inspired flavors such as Spiedie and Anchor Bar Buffalo Wing. The family has farmed in Western New York for more than 70 years, began growing potatoes in 1974, and launched New York Chips in 2016. Today, the third generation helps run the operation, which is backed by a food-grade facility capable of storing, conditioning, and processing more than 50 million pounds of potatoes annually.
