Oceanetics began in 2002 when Matthew Marcy, Erick Knezek, and Robert Truston sketched out the company at a folding card table in a home basement. What started as a specialty contractor for Naval Facilities Command has grown into an Annapolis firm known for carrying marine projects from concept through field support, with work reaching customers around the globe. Oceanetics is a HUBZone and service-disabled-veteran-owned small business.
