Founded in a Centerport, New York basement in 1960, family-owned and operated Odd Ball Industries designs and fabricates ligature-resistant plumbing fixtures and bathroom safety products for behavioral health facilities. The company’s focus grew from a psychiatric hospital’s need for a safer closet bar and now includes five patented designs, with a sixth patent pending. As a third-generation business with 35 years focused on behavioral health, Odd Ball works with facilities to turn unusual safety challenges into custom solutions.
