Founded in Cleveland in 1865 by Civil War veterans James and Jacob Wagner as Wagner Awning & Tents, Ohio Awning & Manufacturing Company designs and manufactures custom shade products. The family business began with tents, sails, and bags before expanding into awnings, and it now combines its long-standing craft tradition with modern technology. Its products are made in Cleveland, where the company also provides professional installation.
