Founded in Cleveland in 1987 by former MK46 torpedo program manager Stan Allenby, Ordnance Technology Services is an employee-owned defense manufacturer supporting the U.S. Navy’s undersea missions. Its Concord Township operation grew from the region’s century-long torpedo tradition and now provides lifecycle support for torpedo systems from a 75,000-square-foot vertically integrated facility. OTS became 100% employee-owned through an ESOP in July 2026, preserving the independent culture built around its Navy work.
